Job summary

Public Sector People is partnering with a local government organisation to appoint a Waste Project Officer for a 3-6 month contract with an immediate start in NSW. You will coordinate waste management projects across domestic, commercial and community programs, manage grants, RFQs and tenders, and oversee budgets and reporting.

You will liaise with internal teams and stakeholders and support community engagement and policy improvements, delivering outcomes for NSW communities.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating waste management projects across multiple program areas.
• Proven ability to manage grants, RFQs and tenders.
• Demonstrated budgeting and reporting capabilities.
• Strong liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders.
