The City of Canterbury Bankstown is seeking a Project Officer to support the development of waste, recycling and circular-economy plans and initiatives. You will guide strategic projects and collaborate with stakeholders to address local needs and future challenges in waste management.
You will contribute to master plans and policy development, assist with tenders and procurement, and help translate strategy into effective services for a diverse community.

A rewarding opportunity has presented itself for a dedicated and driven individual to join our team as a Project Officer
In this role you will support the development and improvement of Council's critical waste, recycling and circular economy-related plans, projects, policies and strategies so they can effectively respond to the City's current and emerging needs and react to future changes in the industry and community. You will also Guide key strategic waste, recycling, circular-economy and cleansing projects so they provide the City with the direction and resources needed to address issues and challenges.
*This opportunity will be offered on a permanent full-time basis
The salary range for this opportunity starts at $97,327 (Grade G, Step 1) + 12% super.Salary may be negotiable dependent on skills and experience
