Job summary

Bathurst Regional Council is seeking a Waste Collection Officer to join the Waste Management Centre Team in Bathurst, NSW. This permanent, full-time role offers 38 hours per week with an RDO every three weeks and provides 12% superannuation on top of the base salary.

The position requires an HR Driver's Licence, basic mechanical and maintenance knowledge, and proven experience with tipping trucks and lifting equipment. Proficiency in MS Office and a strong customer service focus are essential.

Essential Criteria

• HR Driver's Licence
• Demonstrated basic mechanical and maintenance knowledge
• Proven experience in operating tipping trucks
• Proven experience in the operation of lifting equipment
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
• A strong commitment to quality customer service with a culture of continuous improvement.

Salary: $1,118.30 - $1,175.00 per week + 12% superannuation

Position Status: Permanent - Full-time

Hours of work: 38 hours per week - RDO every three weeks
