Job summary

Kingfisher House Care Home in Perth is seeking two part-time Receptionists to join our friendly front-of-house team. These roles involve greeting residents and visitors, handling enquiries and providing essential administrative support in a welcoming, professional environment.

The positions offer 15 hours per week at £12.71 per hour, with PVG paid, pension and uniform provided, plus 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on FT).

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and email systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors and staff, creating a warm, welcoming environment.
• Manage incoming enquiries and support day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Maintain organised systems and contribute to smooth running of the home.
• Support the wider team and work with the Business Administrator and management.
