Job summary

HWL Ebsworth Lawyers is seeking a part-time receptionist for our Perth office, Monday to Wednesday, to greet clients, manage enquiries and support events. This role offers university students a hands-on experience while balancing study commitments and contributing to a busy, professional services environment.

You will be the firm's public face, coordinating with the Office Services team and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation in a fast-growing national legal partnership.

Qualifications

• Warm and friendly demeanor in person and on the phone.
• Passion for delivering high-quality service with professional presentation.
• Experience representing professional services is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills and comfort engaging with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors on arrival and offer assistance.
• Assist the admin team with functions and events.
