Job summary

Geofabrics Australasia is seeking a reliable, adaptable storeperson to join our outdoor warehouse team in Tasmania. You will balance physical tasks with admin duties in a hands-on environment.

A day in the role includes forklift operation, receiving, loading and dispatching goods, cycle counting, and using our operating system for receipting and dispatching. You will ensure a safe, organized yard and work Monday to Friday day shifts.

• Experience as a storeperson in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday (day shift).

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift across yard and warehouse areas.
• Receive, handle, load and dispatch goods.
• Load and unload trucks in an active yard environment.
• Conduct cycle counting and stock checks as required.
• Perform administrative tasks including receipting and dispatching via the operating system.

We are seeking a reliable, adaptable individual who enjoys working in a hands-on, outdoor warehouse environment, is comfortable working autonomously, and can balance physical tasks with administrative responsibilities.

A day in the role will include:

Forklift operation across yard and warehouse areas - experience with forklift and prong attachment or telehandler experience an advantage

Receiving, handling, loading and dispatching goods

Loading and unloading trucks in an active yard environment

Cycle counting and stock checks as required

Administrative tasks including receipting and dispatching via our operating system

Maintaining a safe, organised and functional yard and warehouse, including outdoor storage areas

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Comfort working in a dynamic, open-yard and warehouse setting

The ability to work independently and manage priorities

Availability to work Monday to Friday (day shift only)
