Job summary

Prokit is seeking a Storeperson to join its casual team in Yarrabilba, Queensland. The role covers receipt, unloading, and processing stock, plus picking, packing and dispatching orders with a focus on accuracy and safety.

You will operate forklifts (high-reach and yard), assist with stocktakes, and work with WMS and Excel. 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, in a supportive, people‑focused culture.

Qualifications

• A current LF forklift licence with experience operating high-reach/yard forklifts (essential).
• Previous warehouse/storeperson experience preferred.
• Experience with picking, packing and dispatch operations.
• Basic computer skills including Excel and WMS (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and process incoming stock, including occasional container unloading.
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Safely operate forklifts including high-reach and yard forklifts.

About the Role
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Storeperson will be responsible for:

Receiving, unloading, and processing incoming stock, including occasional container unloading.

Accurately and efficiently picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders.

Safely operating forklifts, including high-reach and yard forklifts.

Assisting with stocktakes and inventory control.

Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse environment.

Using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications.

Supporting day-to-day warehouse operations and team objectives.

Adhering to all workplace health and safety requirements.

Casual position offering $40 per hour plus superannuation.

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Based in Yarrabilba, QLD 4207.

Qualifications & Experience
The successful applicant will possess:

A current LF forklift licence with experience operating high-reach and yard forklifts (essential).

Previous warehouse or storeperson experience (preferred).

Experience with picking, packing, and dispatch operations.

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Excel and WMS platforms (desirable).

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
