Job summary

Work Type: Casual / Ongoing Full-Time Hours

Shifts: Day Shifts available (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Pay Rate: Great Hourly Rates + Weekly Pay

About the Role

We are currently hiring motivated and reliable Pick Packers and Warehouse Workers for busy distribution centers located in the Condell Park and Milperra area.

These positions offer consistent, full-time day shift hours with standard Monday to Friday schedules. Whether you are looking for an 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM start, we have immediate starts available for dependable team players.

Key Responsibilities

Fast-paced picking and packing of orders using RF scanners or pick slips

Unpacking cartons, sorting stock, and labelling items accurately

Manual handling, including lifting boxes, stacking pallets, and wrapping loads

Assisting with general warehouse housekeeping and maintaining safety standards

Receiving, dispatching, and staging goods for transport

What We Are Looking For

Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse, picking/packing, or manual handling role preferred

Working Rights: Full Australian Working Rights required (unrestricted full-time work rights; )

Physical Fitness: Ability to perform manual handling, lifting (up to 15-20 kg), and standing for extended periods

Reliability: Strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and a safe work attitude

Transport: Reliable transport to get to Condell Park/Milperra for standard morning starts

Safety Gear: Steel cap boots and high-visibility vest required
