Job summary

Omni Recruit is seeking dependable Warehouse General Hands and Pick Packers for a busy Kemps Creek distribution centre. PM shift, Monday–Friday with ongoing overtime opportunities and immediate start options.

Physical, team-based role with potential for long-term work and regular overtime. Successful applicants will perform voice picking, RF scanning, stock replenishment, pallet building and dispatch preparation while maintaining safety and quality in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing or pick packing is preferred.
• Must have reliable transport and be punctual.
• Must have full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Completing voice picking and RF scanning.
• Replenishing stock and building pallets.
• Assisting with container unloading and stock decanting.
• Preparing and labelling goods for dispatch.
• Conducting product quality checks.
• Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse.
• Working within chilled areas when required.

Key Responsibilities

Completing voice picking and RF scanning

Replenishing stock and building pallets

Assisting with container unloading and stock decanting

Preparing and labelling goods for dispatch

Conducting product quality checks

Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse

Working within chilled areas when required

• Reliable transport is essential - the site is not accessible by public transport
• Previous warehousing or pick packing experience preferred
• Comfortable handling repetitive loads of 10-20kg
• Dependable, punctual and able to work well within a team
• Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment
• Willing to work overtime and accommodate varying finish times
• Available Monday-Friday on an ongoing basis
• Own PPE - hi-vis shirt/vest and steel-cap boots
• Full Australian working rights

Must be able to successfully complete a National Police Check

Must be physically capable of completing regular manual handling duties
