Job summary

Chandler Macleod in Western Sydney is seeking reliable and motivated Pick Packers to join a leading logistics provider. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidates.

Duties include RF scanning, order picking, operating ride-on electric pallet jacks, picking and packing customer orders, manual handling up to 25kg, keeping the work area safe, and meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, pick packing, or order picking experience.
• RF scanning experience.
• Experience operating an electric pallet jack (highly regarded).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Availability to work ongoing Monday to Friday.

Chandler Macleod is currently seeking reliable and motivated Pick Packers to join a leading logistics provider in Western Sydney.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidates.

Available Shifts

Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm

Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm - 10:00pm

About the Role

Working within a fast-paced warehouse environment, your duties will include:

• RF scanning and order picking
• Operating ride-on electric pallet jacks
• Picking and packing customer orders
• Manual handling and repetitive lifting (up to 25kg)
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets

What We're Looking For

We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate:

• Previous warehouse, pick packing, or order picking experience
• RF scanning experience
• Experience operating an electric pallet jack (highly regarded)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Availability to work ongoing Monday to Friday
