Job summary

Randstad is hiring Pick Packers and Warehouse Workers for busy distribution centers in the Condell Park and Milperra area. Roles involve fast-paced picking/packing on day shifts with start times at 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM, and opportunities for ongoing full-time hours.

RF scanners or pick slips are used to process orders. These roles require reliable team players, ability to perform manual handling (up to 15–20 kg), and safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced warehouse environments preferred.
• Ability to perform picking and packing with accuracy.
• Comfort with manual handling up to 15–20 kg.

Responsibilities

• Fast-paced picking and packing of orders using RF scanners or pick slips
• Unpacking cartons, sorting stock, and labelling items accurately
• Manual handling, including lifting boxes, stacking pallets, and wrapping loads
• Assisting with general warehouse housekeeping and maintaining safety standards
• Receiving, dispatching, and staging goods for transport
