Job summary

Action Workforce Pty is seeking experienced Pick Packers and Warehouse Operators to join busy pharmaceutical distribution sites in Pemulwuy and Eastern Creek, NSW. Roles start at 7:00am or 8:00am; candidates must be able to lift up to 15kg (25kg for Coldchain) and work in 2–8°C environments where required.

These are ongoing casual positions with Monday to Friday shifts, offering competitive hourly rates and on-site support.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• RF scanning experience essential.
• Pharmaceutical distribution experience highly regarded.
• Coldchain experience for Coldchain roles.
• Pallet handling and manual lifting up to 15 kg (25 kg for Coldchain).

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack pharmaceutical products using RF scanners.
• Check products for errors and discrepancies.
• Handle products up to 15kg, or up to 25kg for Coldchain.
• Work in 2–8°C conditions for Coldchain positions.
• General warehouse duties and pallet handling.
• Follow strict safety, quality and security procedures.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and experienced warehouse workers looking for ongoing casual Monday to Friday ongoing work within a fast-paced pharmaceutical and distribution environment.

Locations & Shifts

Pemulwuy: 7:00am or 8:00am starts. Ability to lift up to15kg.

Eastern Creek: 7:00am or 8:00am starts. Chiller/cold room experience required for Coldchain roles.
