Job summary

Coles Group is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader at Banksmeadow to manage day-to-day operations in a high-volume warehouse. In this hands-on role, you will coordinate receiving, despatch, and truck loading while leading and developing a team, always ensuring safety, quality and efficiency.

The position requires experience in fast-paced warehouses, knowledge of GMP/HACCP standards, ERP systems proficiency, and a valid forklift licence.

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll coordinate receiving and despatch activities, truck loading and unloading, and ensure materials are available to support production requirements. You’ll also lead and develop your team while maintaining high standards across safety, quality and operational performance.

You will need to be able to work the following roster: (Monday - Friday 3PM - 11PM)

About you and your skills

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution or manufacturing environment
• Strong warehouse, distribution and transport operations experience
• Experience with warehouse and ERP systems
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and food safety standards
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• A currentForklift Licence – essential
