Job summary

Coles Group is seeking a Services Team Leader to guide a frontline team in keeping stores clean, safe and welcoming. You’ll lead by example, coach staff, and balance trolleys collection with cleaning tasks to deliver a standout shopping experience daily.

Based in a primary store, this multi-site leadership role may oversee operations across multiple stores within the region, providing hands-on leadership, coaching and operational oversight.

• Great communication, time management and task prioritisation skills.
• Confidence working on the floor and supporting customers.
• The ability to stay organised while balancing operational priorities.

• The ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and push/pull trolleys.

About the role

Our Coles Services team takes pride in making our supermarkets shine. As a Coles Services Team Leader, you'll lead by example while working alongside your team to keep our stores clean, safe and welcoming. From collecting trolleys and completing cleaning tasks to coaching your team and maintaining high standards, you'll play an active role in delivering a great shopping experience every day.

While this role is based in a primary store, it may also operate as a multi-site leadership position, providing hands-on leadership support, coaching and operational oversight across multiple stores within the region.

• Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop your team through leading by example
