Job summary

Sterling Parts Australia, a national automotive parts distributor, is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Leader at our Victoria West Derrimut site to drive safe, high‑performing operations.

You will lead the warehouse and logistics teams, ensure stock accuracy, on‑time picking/packing/dispatch before cut‑off, coach your people, and push continuous improvements using WMS and TMS data. We value collaboration, safety, and initiative and see room to grow within our future‑focused business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Warehouse and Logistics teams to keep operations moving.
• Drive stock accuracy and ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched before cut-off.
• Coach and develop your team for continuous improvement of layout and dispatch workflows.
• Ensure Warehouse and Transport Management Systems are used properly and running daily.
• Collaborate with other departments and freight partners to lift performance.

Based at our Victoria West branch in Derrimut, you'll lead the Warehouse and Logistics teams that keep the operation moving. Your mission? To run a clean, safe, and high-performing site where stock is accurate, orders are picked, packed and dispatched before cut-off, and containers are turned around fast. You'll coach and develop your team, drive continuous improvement across warehouse layout and dispatch workflows, and make sure our Warehouse and Transport Management Systems are used properly and running smoothly every day.
