You will lead the warehouse and logistics teams, ensure stock accuracy, on‑time picking/packing/dispatch before cut‑off, coach your people, and push continuous improvements using WMS and TMS data. Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution.
• Background in automotive industry or strong parts distribution experience.
• Comfortable with technology and data to drive inventory accuracy.

• Problem solver who improves operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Warehouse and Logistics teams to keep operations moving.
• Drive stock accuracy and ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched before cut-off.
• Coach and develop your team for continuous improvement of layout and dispatch workflows.
• Ensure Warehouse and Transport Management Systems are used properly and running daily.
• Collaborate with other departments and freight partners to lift performance.
