Job summary

Synergie Australia is seeking a Warehouse Team Coordinator in the Tullamarine area to lead day-to-day warehouse operations and a small team, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years in warehouse coordination or team leadership, strong SAP knowledge, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role offers a 6-month contract with standard hours, located in Tullamarine with onsite parking.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years' experience in warehouse coordination or team leadership.
• Experience leading or coordinating team activities.
• Strong SAP knowledge and warehouse systems experience.
• Experience in warehouse/logistics environments with attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedures, safety, and compliance standards.
• Relevant qualification in Supply Chain or Logistics (highly regarded).

• Manage receiving, inventory, order processing and dispatch.
• Lead workflow, prioritise tasks and monitor performance.
• Run toolbox meetings and promote a strong safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with quality, GMP, WHS, and procedures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support stock reconciliations.
• Utilise SAP and WMS to process transactions and records.
• Collaborate with site logistics and operations to drive improvements.

Synergie is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Coordinator to join a leading organisation based in Tullamarine. This is an excellent opportunity for a warehouse professional with leadership experience who thrives in fast-paced logistics environments and is passionate about safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

The important parts:

• Pay:$55-60 per hour + Super
• Duration:6-Month Contract
• Start Date: ASAP
• Hours:Monday to Friday, standard business hours (8:00am start)

What you will be required to do:

You'll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day warehouse operations while supporting a small team to ensure activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company procedures and quality standards.

• Coordinating daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, order processing and dispatch
• Allocating and monitoring workflow to ensure operational priorities are met
• Overseeing the day-to-day activities of a small team and providing leadership support
• Conducting toolbox meetings and promoting a strong safety culture
• Ensuring compliance with quality, GMP, WHS and company procedures
• Maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting stock reconciliations
• Using SAP and warehouse management systems to process transactions and maintain records
• Working closely with site logistics and operational teams to drive efficiency and continuous improvement

To be successful in the role you will:

• Have 3-4 years' experience in a similar warehouse coordination, logistics or team leadership role
• Demonstrate previous experience leading or coordinating team activities
• Possess strong SAP knowledge and systems experience
• Have experience working within warehouse and logistics environmentsDisplay exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• Have strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Be able to follow and enforce procedures, safety requirements and compliance standards
• Hold a relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field (highly regarded but not essential)
• Have a proactive, team-focused approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
