Job summary

Synergie Australia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Coordinator to lead a small team at the Tullamarine site. This six-month contract role focuses on coordinating daily warehouse activities, maintaining safety and quality standards, and driving efficiency within a regulated logistics environment.

You will manage receiving, inventory control, order processing and dispatch, while leveraging SAP to process transactions and support stock reconciliations.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years' experience in warehouse coordination or team leadership.
• Strong SAP knowledge and warehouse systems experience.
• Experience in fast-paced logistics and compliance with GMP/WHS.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, order processing and dispatch.
• Allocating and monitoring workflow to ensure operational priorities are met.
• Overseeing the day-to-day activities of a small team and providing leadership support.
• Conducting toolbox meetings and promoting a strong safety culture.
• Ensuring compliance with quality, GMP, WHS and company procedures.
• Maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting stock reconciliations.
• Using SAP and warehouse management systems to process transactions and maintain records.
• Working closely with site logistics and operational teams to drive efficiency and continuous improvement

Synergie is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Coordinator to join a leading organisation based in Tullamarine. This is an excellent opportunity for a warehouse professional with leadership experience who thrives in fast-paced logistics environments and is passionate about safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

The important parts:

• Pay:$55-60 per hour + Super
• Duration:6-Month Contract
• Start Date: ASAP
• Hours:Monday to Friday, standard business hours (8:00am start)

What you will be required to do:

You’ll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day warehouse operations while supporting a small team to ensure activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company procedures and quality standards.

To be successful in the role you will:

• Have 3-4 years' experience in a similar warehouse coordination, logistics or team leadership role
• Demonstrate previous experience leading or coordinating team activities
• Possess strong SAP knowledge and systems experience
• Have experience working within warehouse and logistics environments
• Display exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• Have strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Be able to follow and enforce procedures, safety requirements and compliance standards
• Hold a relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field (highly regarded but not essential)
• Have a proactive, team-focused approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
