Jenner and Co in Melbourne is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead AM/Day shift and drive performance across a fast-paced warehouse. You will manage a team, ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction, and play a hands-on role on the floor.

We’re looking for a minimum of 2 years’ warehouse team leadership, experience with warehouse management systems, and a customer-focused mindset. A knowledge of 3PL/retail is a bonus; salary is highly competitive.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' warehouse team leader/supervisor experience.
• Able to lead a team with strong work ethic.
• Experience with WMS and RF scanners.
• Customer-focused attitude and problem solving.
• Willingness to support the site manager in daily operations.
• Knowledge of 3PL/retail is a bonus.

The main purpose of this role is to:

manage the warehouse team and drive the performance of the team with a focus on accuracy

To be successful in this role you will:
