Rainbow Shade on the Gold Coast is seeking a reliable Warehouse Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. You will lead by example and support the team to ensure stock, picking, packing and dispatch are completed safely, accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse and/or team leadership experience.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
  • Current forklift licence and experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
  • Ability to lead by example and support team members.
  • Confident in making decisions and resolving day‑to‑day issues.
  • A proactive approach to improving warehouse processes and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the warehouse team to achieve daily targets
  • Pick, pack, check and dispatch customer orders
  • Receive, count and store incoming stock
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and warehouse organisation
  • Carry out fabric inspection and quality checking
  • Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
  • Coordinate stock replenishment and warehouse movements
  • Assist with container unloading and general warehouse duties
  • Ensure the warehouse is safe, clean and organised
  • Work closely with management, sales and other departments to meet customer requirements
  • Take ownership of day‑to‑day warehouse operations
  • Identify and resolve operational issues and contribute to continuous improvement
