The Role

As the PM Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end night warehouse operation, ensuring freight is received, loaded, dispatched, and managed safely, efficiently, and on time.

This role requires a visible leader who can effectively manage people, processes, productivity, and safety while maintaining exceptional service standards.

You will play a key role in driving operational performance while ensuring the night shift team remains engaged, accountable, and focused on achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Lead all night shift loading and warehouse activities
• Ensure freight is loaded accurately and dispatched on schedule
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight operations
• Monitor operational performance and service levels
• Identify and resolve operational issues proactively
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

People Leadership

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop warehouse personnel
• Build a positive and high-performance team culture
• Manage employee performance and accountability
• Conduct training and onboarding for new employees
• Maintain strong communication across all levels of the business

Workforce Planning & Productivity

• Manage rostering and labour allocation
• Ensure staffing levels meet operational requirements
• Monitor productivity, labour costs, and overtime
• Track and report on operational KPIs
• Implement initiatives to improve efficiency and performance

Safety & Compliance

• Champion workplace health and safety
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Promote safe work practices across the warehouse
• Conduct regular audits and safety reviews
• Maintain operational accuracy and process discipline
