Job summary

Lindsay Australia Ltd in Brisbane is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of up to 10 staff at Acacia Ridge. You will oversee warehouse operations, ensure the safe handling of perishable goods, and meet daily time slots.

This day-shift role offers ongoing training, career development, and staff discounts as part of a growing national logistics business.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a warehouse or similar operational team.
• Experience managing inventory and stock control.
• Current forklift licence.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Brisbane warehouse in Acacia Ridge. You’ll lead a team of up to 10 staff and help ensure the smooth, safe and efficient operation of a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment. This is a day‑shift position working a Monday‑to‑Friday roster.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the warehouse floor, forklift drivers and on‑site stock.

• Coordinate the loading, unloading, handling and consolidation of perishable goods.

• Ensure all timeslot requirements are met.

• Complete paperwork and reporting accurately and on time.

• Lead staff through a hands‑on approach and by example.

• Maintain safe work practices across all warehouse operations.

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role, ideally within a warehouse environment.

• Experience in inventory management.

• A current and valid forklift licence.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage staff effectively.

• Experience loading and unloading freight, ideally including perishable goods.

• Excellent planning and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.

• Flexibility, resilience and the ability to adapt to ever‑changing priorities.

• Solid computer skills.

• Well‑developed communication skills.
