Job summary

Lindsay Transport is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for its Brisbane depot in Acacia Ridge. You will lead a team of up to 10 staff, ensuring safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. This is a day-shift, Monday-to-Friday role.

Responsibilities include managing the warehouse floor, coordinating loading/unloading of perishable goods and ensuring timely reporting and paperwork. Strong leadership and planning skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse environment.
• Inventory management experience and ability to handle perishable goods.
• Forklift licence held and valid.

Our Brisbane depot is one of Lindsay Transport's busiest metro operations. We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Brisbane warehouse in Acacia Ridge. You'll lead a team of up to 10 staff and help ensure the smooth, safe and efficient operation of a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. This is a day-shift position working a Monday-to-Friday roster.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the warehouse floor, forklift drivers and on-site stock.

What You'll Bring:

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role, ideally within a warehouse environment.
• Experience in inventory management.
• A current and valid forklift licence.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage staff effectively.
• Experience loading and unloading freight, ideally including perishable goods.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility, resilience and the ability to adapt to ever-changing priorities.
