Lindsay Fresh, part of the Lindsay Australia Group, is seeking a Transport Operations Supervisor based at the Brisbane Markets in Rocklea. You will oversee a team of up to 20 drivers, ensuring runs are allocated, scheduled and delivered in a fast-paced transport environment.

This Monday to Friday dayshift role offers leadership opportunities, a focus on safety and compliance, and the chance to influence day-to-day operations across our Australia-wide business.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate driver rosters, start times and vehicle availability.
• Monitor delivery progress and communicate changes to drivers and stakeholders.
• Ensure timeslot, fatigue management, safety and compliance requirements are met.
• Complete operational paperwork, system updates and reporting on time.
• Lead by example and support a positive, accountable team culture.
• Ensure safe conduct of transport operations in the workplace.

Based within the Brisbane Markets at Rocklea, this role is responsible for overseeing a team of up to 20 drivers and ensuring runs are efficiently allocated, scheduled and delivered in a fast-paced, time-sensitive transport environment.

This is a Monday to Friday dayshift position, giving you the opportunity to lead a team and make a real impact on the day-to-day operation.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise drivers and provide clear direction across daily transport operations
• Plan, allocate and adjust runs to meet customer, operational and delivery requirements
• Coordinate driver rosters, start times and vehicle availability
• Monitor delivery progress, respond to delays and communicate changes to drivers and stakeholders
• Ensure timeslot, fatigue management, safety and transport compliance requirements are met
• Complete operational paperwork, system updates and reporting accurately and on time
• Lead by example and support a positive, accountable team culture
• Ensure the safe conduct of transport operations in the workplace

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience in transport operations, fleet coordination, allocation or supervision
• Demonstrated experience allocating runs, scheduling drivers and responding to changing priorities
• Sound knowledge of transport safety, fatigue management and compliance requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively lead and manage drivers
• Strong planning and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Flexibility and resilience, with the ability to manage changing priorities
• Solid computer skills and confidence using transport or scheduling systems
• Well-developed communication and problem-solving skills
