Job summary

Lindsay Transport, part of Lindsay Australia, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead afternoon cross-dock and warehouse operations. This hands-on role focuses on keeping freight moving while maintaining safe, reliable operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop your team, oversee local and interstate loading and unloading, and ensure schedules are met accurately. The role demands strong leadership, attention to detail and commitment to safety, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Proven experience within a HACCP-accredited refrigerated operation.
• Experience in freight handling and the accurate documentation of freight movements.
• Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving capabilities.
• A current and valid forklift licence.
• Sound computer skills and experience with a transport management system (Truckmate).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of up to 10 warehouse staff and forklift drivers.
• Coordinate loading, unloading, stock control and freight consolidation.
• Keep freight moving safely, accurately and on schedule.
• Manage workflow, reporting and changing operational priorities.

Ready to lead? Lindsay Transport is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our afternoon cross-dock and warehouse operations. This role suits a hands-on leader who can keep freight moving while maintaining safe, reliable operations in a fast-paced environment. You will support and develop your team while overseeing local and interstate loading and unloading to ensure schedules are met accurately and efficiently.
