Whether you're an experienced supervisor or ready to take the next step into leadership, you're someone who leads by example and takes pride in building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the day-to-day warehouse and transport operations.
  • Supervise, coach and develop warehouse team members to achieve high levels of performance and engagement.
  • Monitor productivity, inventory accuracy and DIFOT performance.
  • Coordinate freight providers and ensure customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
  • Oversee receipting, stock control, replenishment and stocktake activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, service and operational effectiveness.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with WHS policies and procedures.
  • Support workforce planning, training, onboarding and ongoing team development.
  • Work closely with the wider branch team to deliver a positive customer experience.
To be successful in the role, you will have
  • Experience in a warehouse, logistics, distribution or transport environment.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience, or a strong desire to step into a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop people.
  • Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • A strong commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
  • Experience working with warehouse management systems, inventory processes and freight providers.
  • Strong computer and technology skills, with the ability to quickly learn and use new systems, reporting tools and digital processes.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • A forklift licence (or the ability to obtain one) would be highly regarded.

This role would suit someone who is technically savvy, enjoys leading from the front and can use data, systems and technology to improve warehouse performance and support business growth.

What We Offer
  • Join a trusted Australian business celebrating 100 years of success.
  • Be part of a supportive and collaborative team culture.
