Job summary

LSC Security Solutions in Belmont, WA, seeks an energetic, customer-focused Internal Sales / Storeperson to support customers, process orders and assist with daily warehouse operations. This hands-on role requires accuracy, teamwork, and a proactive approach to stocking and order fulfilment.

You will engage with customers by phone, email, and counter, prepare quotations, and ensure timely dispatch while maintaining a safe, organised workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, internal sales, warehousing, or a similar role.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and confidence using business systems.
• The ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced branch environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional service to customers by phone, email, and at the counter.
• Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and respond to customer enquiries.
• Recommend suitable products or alternatives to meet customer needs.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
• Receive stock, assist with stock control, and support accurate stocktakes.
• Maintain a safe, organised and compliant warehouse environment.
• Work closely with the wider branch team to deliver a positive customer experience.

About The Role
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Internal Sales / Storeperson to join our WA Branch in Belmont. This is a hands-on, varied role where you will support customers, process orders, and assist with day-to-day warehouse operations.
No two days will be the same. You may be helping a customer over the phone or at the trade counter, preparing a quotation, picking and packing orders, receiving stock, or supporting the team to keep the branch running smoothly.
Skills and Experiences:
