Job summary

LSC is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor for our NSW warehouse. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure accurate receiving, picking, packing and dispatch, and uphold safety and customer service standards.

You\'ll develop your team, coordinate transport, and identify process improvements to drive efficiency and performance while delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse/logistics or transport environment.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and a customer-focused mindset.
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and freight providers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Forklift licence or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the day-to-day warehouse and transport operations.
• Supervise, coach and develop warehouse team members to achieve high levels of performance and engagement.
• Monitor productivity, inventory accuracy and DIFOT performance.
• Coordinate freight providers and ensure customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
• Oversee receipting, stock control, replenishment and stocktake activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, service and operational effectiveness.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with WHS policies and procedures.
• Support workforce planning, training, onboarding and ongoing team development.
• Work closely with the wider branch team to deliver a positive customer experience.
