Job summary

PROTECH in Malaga, WA is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at a busy distribution facility. You will manage inbound/outbound freight, supervise staff and ensure accurate inventory performance.

As a proactive leader, you will drive workplace safety, mentor team members, and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and service levels within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution or storage.
• Current LF Forklift Licence.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience in operating a forklift.
• Strong understanding of inventory and warehouse processes.
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
