Job summary

NW People Group Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking an experienced Team Leader Level Storeman with a strong inbound warehousing background to join a busy distribution operation in Arundel.

You will lead inbound operations, supervise staff, ensure stock is received, inspected and stored accurately, and drive continuous improvements while liaising with transport providers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Team Leader, Leading Hand or Senior Storeman role.
• Strong inbound warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent inventory and stock control knowledge.
• Experience coordinating warehouse teams and daily workflow.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with excellent attention to detail.

Job description

We re currently seeking an experienced Team Leader Level Storeman with a strong inbound warehousing background to join a busy and growing distribution operation based in Arundel.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated warehouse professional who can lead by example, coordinate inbound operations, and ensure stock is received, processed, and stored accurately and efficiently.
