Job summary

OnSite Recruitment is working with a well‑established warehouse operation in Yarraville, Victoria, seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join the team on the afternoon shift, Monday to Friday 2:15pm–10:15pm, with potential to transition from casual to permanent.

You will supervise daily warehouse operations, lead and support staff, ensure inbound/outbound freight is processed efficiently, and uphold safety standards. A Forklift LF licence and strong leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader.
• Forklift Licence (LF) essential.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Sound understanding of warehouse systems and processes.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transport and a strong work ethic.
