Australian Underwater Products – Rosebud VIC

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. In this role, you will lead and support the warehouse team, coordinate receiving, storage and dispatch activities, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure a safe, organised and efficient working environment.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and organisational skills, a hands‑on approach, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders using RF scanners
• Maintaining a clean, safe and OHS-compliant warehouse environment
• Allocating and managing staff labour
• Receiving, inspecting and storing incoming goods using FIFO principles
• Coordinating dispatch and freight bookings
• Driving operational efficiency through process improvements and best practices
• Optimize warehouse space and storage
• Leading and supporting a small warehouse team
• Foster positive team culture
• Managing warehouse consumables ordering
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers
• Conducting staff toolbox meetings
• Address performance issues, provide coaching and support training needs
• Conducting staff inductions and training
• Liaising closely with customer service and prioritising customer requirements
