Australian Underwater Products is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead a small team at our Rosebud facility. You will be responsible for picking/packing, FIFO receiving, dispatch coordination and maintaining an efficient, safe warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders using RF scanners.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and OHS-compliant warehouse environment.
• Allocating and managing staff labour.
• Receiving, inspecting and storing incoming goods using FIFO principles.
• Coordinating dispatch and freight bookings.
• Driving operational efficiency through process improvements and best practices.
• Optimize warehouse space and storage.
• Leading and supporting a small warehouse team.
• Fostering positive team culture.
• Managing warehouse consumables ordering.
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers.
• Conducting staff toolbox meetings.
• Addressing performance issues, provide coaching and support training needs.
• Conducting staff inductions and training.
• Liaising closely with customer service and prioritising customer requirements.
