4WD Supacentre is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a fast-paced warehouse team responsible for receiving, storing and dispatching goods safely and accurately.

You will develop people, drive continuous improvement and manage rostering while collaborating with the Store Manager to deliver an outstanding customer experience in a high-energy environment.

• Previous experience leading warehouse or logistics teams.

Lead The Team That Keeps Adventure Moving

As the Warehouse Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, ensuring stock is received, stored and dispatched safely, accurately and on time.

You’ll lead, coach and support your team while driving productivity, maintaining inventory accuracy and creating a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.

Working closely with the Store Manager and wider business, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• You have previous experience leading warehouse or logistics teams

• You have experience with inventory control and warehouse systems
• You hold a current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
