Job summary

Wildtrak in Brendale (Brisbane) is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a small team of up to six staff and own the day-to-day warehouse operations. You will ensure orders ship on time and stock is received and processed efficiently, while managing workload priorities and maintaining stock control.

• Previous warehouse supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong picking, packing, receiving and dispatch experience.
• Experience using warehouse or inventory management systems; exposure to Pronto or Acumatica is highly regarded.
• Good organisational skills with ability to prioritise competing workloads.
• Confidence to direct and motivate a small team.
• Strong focus on productivity and accuracy.

Job description

Wildtrak is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team of up to six staff. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of our Brendale warehouse, ensuring customer orders get out on time and incoming stock gets received and processed efficiently. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll organise the day's workload, set priorities, keep the team moving and roll up your sleeves to work alongside them when required.

Key responsibilities

Lead and coordinate a warehouse team of up to six staff

Release sales orders and set daily picking priorities

Allocate staff and resources across picking, packing, dispatch and incoming goods

Monitor KPIs and team performance

Book outgoing freight and coordinate carrier collections

Adjust priorities throughout the day as workloads change

About you

Our Brisbane operation is continuing to grow, and we're looking for someone who can take ownership of the daily warehouse operation and help us continue improving productivity, accuracy and customer service.

$75,000 – $85,000 + super, depending on experience
