Job summary

Embodied Recruitment in Sydney is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the NSW Warehouse operations from Glendenning. The role is highly autonomous and you will have support from the Head Office in WA.

You will oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and asset maintenance, ensure on-time dispatch, and drive continual improvement. Strong leadership, communication and LEAN awareness are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in warehousing and supervision.
• Ability to research, develop and implement process and system improvement initiatives
• Leadership skills and the ability to manage and coordinate competing priorities
• Flexible and positive attitude
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
• LF and NSW Driver’s Licence
• Understanding of LEAN principles would be beneficial, but not essential

We are currently seeking a suitably experienced Warehouse Supervisor to be responsible for all facets relating to the efficient and effective operation of the NSW Warehouse, while driving continuous improvement across operations.

Based in Glendenning, this role is highly autonomous, and the successful candidate will require a high level of initiative. You will be supported by the Head Office based in WA.

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and asset maintenance operations
• Picking and dispatch to ensure dispatch time targets are met and exceeded
• Maintain standards of health, safety, security and shipping legislation requirements
