Job summary

ITR Pacific on the Gold Coast is seeking a Warehouse StorePerson in Yatala to receive, pick, and dispatch earthmoving machinery parts in our main distribution warehouse. Working hours are 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with opportunities to upskill into other roles within the business.

Experience in a similar role is advantageous; a forklift licence is preferred but not required as training is provided.

Job description

We're looking for energetic, enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse StorePeople to join our growing team in Yatala. You will be responsible for receiving, picking and packing earthmoving machinery parts in our main distribution warehouse. This is a fulltime position. Working hours are between 7.30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

This role also offers opportunities to upskill into other roles within the business such as logistics, our undercarriage workshop, field fitting, or internal sales and parts interpreting.

Tasks and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders and internal transfers efficiently and accurately.
• Receiving, unloading, and storing parts accurately and efficiently.
• General warehouse duties, ensuring safety and housekeeping standards are always met.
• Stock transfers between our warehouse and undercarriage track shop.
• Heavy lifting.

Key attributes of the successful applicant:

• Experience in a similar role and industry is advantageous.
• A current forklift licence is preferred but not required (if the applicant doesn't have a ticket, a course and ticket will be provided).
• Energetic, enthusiastic and reliable.
• Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role which will include handling products of a heavy nature.
• High attention to detail, proactive and can work autonomously.
• Team player with excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Have an interest in heavy machinery or automotive.
