Job summary

Aussie Powersports in Toowoomba is seeking a reliable Warehouse Storeperson to join our hands-on team. This full-time role covers picking/packing, dispatch, stock control and basic assembly, with plenty of variety beyond repetitive tasks.

You will work across our Toowoomba warehouse and manufacturing operations, maintain stock accuracy, prepare orders for dispatch, and help with loading, receiving and light assembly. A practical, proactive mindset and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, storeperson or dispatch experience
• Good attention to detail and a dependable attitude
• Willingness to learn and take on varied tasks
• Current forklift licence is required
• Ability to work safely in a hands-on environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to track freight

Warehouse Storeperson – Pick, Pack & Dispatch

Toowoomba | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Aussie Powersports is looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Storeperson to join our growing Toowoomba team.

This is a varied warehouse role combining picking and packing, dispatch, stock control and basic assembly.

What you'll be doing

You'll work across our Toowoomba warehouse and manufacturing operations, helping keep stock moving and customer orders going out accurately and on time.

Your day could include:

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Labelling cartons and preparing orders for dispatch
• Booking and manifesting freight
• Receipting incoming stock and putting stock away
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Assisting with stocktakes and maintaining stock accuracy
• Assembling products and sub-assemblies
• Preparing bolt kits and accessory packs
• Using hand and basic power tools
• Performing quality checks on products and orders

About you

We're looking for someone who is reliable, practical and takes pride in their work.

You don't need to know everything about powersports, but you do need to be willing to learn and comfortable working in a busy, hands-on environment.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous warehouse, storeperson, picking/packing or dispatch experience
• Good attention to detail
• A strong work ethic and dependable attitude
• Confidence using hand tools
• Basic computer skills (booking freight, tracking freight / navigating freight portals.
• Experience booking freight or using warehouse/ERP systems would be an advantage
• Good communication skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• A willingness to learn and take on different tasks

Experience with automotive, mechanical, manufacturing, agricultural or powersports products would be great, but isn't essential.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you'll need:

• Current unrestricted manual driver's licence
• Current forklift licence
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of a warehouse
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening

We're not a huge corporate warehouse where everyone does one task all day.

Some days you'll be picking orders. Other days you might be assembling a new product, unloading stock, helping with a stocktake or getting a large shipment out the door.
