Job summary

AMF MAGNETICS is seeking a proactive Warehouse Storeperson to join a friendly team. You will pick, pack, and prepare orders for online and account customers, arrange freight pickups, and manage stock in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Starting at 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, 30-38 hours per week, with training provided for shipping platforms. A customer-focused attitude and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ warehouse experience.
• Ability to handle manual tasks and lifting.
• Basic computer skills and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders for online and account customers.
• Book freight pickups and liaise with couriers.
• Receive and process incoming stock.
• Organise and retrieve stock within the warehouse.
• Assist with customer service when required.
• Load/unload sea freight shipments and allocate stock.
• Operate shipping platforms (training provided).

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and reliable Warehouse Storeperson to join our team.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Picking and packing orders for online and account customers
• Booking freight pickups and liaising with couriers
• Receiving and processing incoming stock
• Managing, organising, and retrieving stock within the warehouse
• General warehouse duties
• Assisting with customer service when required
• Loading, unloading, and unpacking sea freight shipments, then allocating stock to designated bays
• Using shipping platforms such as TNT, eParcels, StarTrack, and Starshipit (training will be provided if required)

Starting work at 7:00 am and finishing at approximately 3:30 pm

Training will be provided on the technical aspects of our product range; however, an enthusiasm to learn is essential.

About You

To join our team in this role, you must have a minimum of 6 months’ warehouse experience and meet the following criteria:

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to perform manual handling and occasional lifting
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong teamwork skills

The ideal candidate will have a friendly, customer-focused attitude, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills. You will be working in a supportive team environment and will need to meet daily deadlines to ensure orders are processed efficiently.

Working hours:

30-38 hours per week

$35per hour + Super
