Job summary

Paxwood is seeking reliable warehouse store personnel to join our team on the Gold Coast in Australia. This hands-on role supports fast-moving daily workflows, with shifting priorities and a buddy-learning phase to get you up to speed.

Initially, you may work five days a week with a minimum three days availability, with potential for a permanent position based on performance and business needs. You will play a key part in stock preparation, order fulfilment, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, store person, or logistics experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with small items.
• Able to think practically and solve problems on the spot.
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately, including small parts and trims.
• Monitor order requirements and proactively prepare stock to support efficient fulfilment.
• Locate, organise, and replenish inventory within a dynamic warehouse environment.
• Support daily warehouse operations while responding effectively to changing priorities and urgent requests.
• Conduct stock checks regularly, investigate discrepancies, and assist with inventory control.
• Contribute to warehouse organisation and continuous improvements in storage, layout, and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised work environment.
• Take initiative to anticipate operational needs and keep workflow moving smoothly during busy periods.
