GrainCorp is seeking a Warehouse Store Coordinator on a fixed-term contract for the Dubbo, NSW warehouse. The role focuses on daily operations, inventory accuracy, and efficient storage solutions, including SAP transactions.

Applicants should hold a forklift licence and have experience in warehouse or inventory management, with a proactive, detail-focused approach and the ability to learn SAP within a maintenance environment.

• Support the maintenance team by ensuring timely availability of parts and consumables.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant warehouse environment while contributing to improvements.

Role: Warehouse Store Coordinator (Fixed-Term Contract)

Location: Dubbo, NSW

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 incl. Super

This is an opportunity to play a part in that story by:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of GrainCorp’s Dubbo spare parts warehouse, ensuring critical maintenance parts and consumables are accurately received, stored and issued.
• Maintaining inventory accuracy through stock control, cycle counts and SAP transactions, ensuring stock is correctly booked in and out.
• Organising and optimising warehouse layouts, labelling and storage systems to improve efficiency and accessibility.
• Supporting the maintenance team by ensuring timely availability of parts and consumables to meet operational requirements.
• Maintaining a safe, clean and compliant warehouse environment while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a fixed-term opportunity through to August 2027, covering parental leave and offering the chance to make a meaningful impact within our Maintenance team.

About you:

• Current Forklift Licence (essential).
• Experience in warehouse, stores or inventory management, ideally within a maintenance, industrial or operational environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage stock movements and inventory records.
• Comfortable using systems and technology, with SAP experience highly regarded or a willingness to learn.
• A self-starter who can work independently, manage priorities and take ownership of outcomes.
