Job summary

GrainCorp is seeking a Warehouse Store Coordinator for a fixed-term contract in Dubbo, NSW. You will manage the Dubbo spare parts warehouse, ensuring accurate reception, storage and issue of maintenance parts and consumables, with a focus on stock control and SAP transactions.

You will organise layouts and support maintenance goals while maintaining a safe, compliant workspace. The role requires a current forklift licence and experience in warehouse/inventory management.

Qualifications

• Current Forklift Licence (essential).
• Experience in warehouse, stores or inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate stock movements and records.
• Comfortable using systems and SAP experience highly regarded or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Dubbo spare parts warehouse.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock control, cycle counts and SAP transactions.
• Organise and optimise warehouse layouts, labelling and storage systems.
• Support maintenance team by ensuring timely availability of parts and consumables.
• Maintain a safe, clean and compliant warehouse environment and contribute to improvements.
