Job summary

GrainCorp is seeking a Warehouse Store Coordinator in Dubbo, NSW, to manage the day-to-day operations of the spare parts warehouse, ensuring accurate receiving, storage and issue of maintenance parts and consumables.

You will maintain inventory accuracy through stock control, cycle counts and SAP transactions, optimise warehouse layouts, and support the maintenance team with timely availability of parts, while promoting a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence is essential.
• Experience in warehouse, stores or inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail with stock movements.
• Comfortable with systems; SAP experience or willingness to learn.
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Dubbo spare parts warehouse.
• Ensure accurate receiving, storage and issued of maintenance parts.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via stock control and SAP transactions.
• Organise layouts and storage to improve efficiency and accessibility.
• Support maintenance team with timely availability of parts and safe, compliant operations.
