Job summary

GrainCorp is seeking a Warehouse Store Coordinator in Dubbo, NSW, to manage the day-to-day operations of the spare parts warehouse, ensuring accurate receiving, storage and issue of maintenance parts and consumables.

You will maintain inventory accuracy through stock control, cycle counts and SAP transactions, optimise warehouse layouts, and support the maintenance team with timely availability of parts, while promoting a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence is essential.
• Experience in warehouse, stores or inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail with stock movements.
• Comfortable with systems; SAP experience or willingness to learn.
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Dubbo spare parts warehouse.
• Ensure accurate receiving, storage and issued of maintenance parts.

This is an opportunity to play a part in that story by:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of GrainCorp’s Dubbo spare parts warehouse, ensuring critical maintenance parts and consumables are accurately received, stored and issued.
• Maintaining inventory accuracy through stock control, cycle counts and SAP transactions, ensuring stock is correctly booked in and out.
• Organising and optimising warehouse layouts, labelling and storage systems to improve efficiency and accessibility.
• Supporting the maintenance team by ensuring timely availability of parts and consumables to meet operational requirements.
• Maintaining a safe, clean and compliant warehouse environment while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a fixed-term opportunity through to August 2027, covering parental leave and offering the chance to make a meaningful impact within our Maintenance team.

About you:

• Current Forklift Licence (essential).
• Experience in warehouse, stores or inventory management, ideally within a maintenance, industrial or operational environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage stock movements and inventory records.
• Comfortable using systems and technology, with SAP experience highly regarded or a willingness to learn.
• A self-starter who can work independently, manage priorities and take ownership of outcomes.
