Job summary

GrainCorp is seeking a project coordinator/PMO professional to help coordinate and track key projects, ensuring timely updates and strong governance. You will produce insights from data to inform decisions and support stakeholders across the business in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, risk identification, and driving continuous improvement within hybrid work arrangements in Sydney. A focus on collaboration and delivering tangible outcomes is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, PMO, transformation, change management or a similar project support role.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive communicator who can build effective relationships and keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Critical thinker who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and driving outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and tracking the progress of key Grains projects and strategic initiatives across the business.
• Driving the flow of information between stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely project updates are captured and communicated.

Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 incl. Super + Bonus
