PepsiCo Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator for the night shift at Regency Park, SA. The role involves operating and monitoring automated packaging equipment to ensure continuous production, with a permanent full-time contract.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years on automated machinery in food manufacturing, a mechanics-oriented mindset, and strong HACCP/GMP knowledge with a focus on safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery and maintain a continuous flow of product.
• Troubleshoot and monitor palletising automation and machinery.
• Manage production lines, equipment calibration and monitoring.
• Prepare and complete accurate records.
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
• Commit to quality assurance and complete quality checks as required.

Details

• Location: Regency Park (SA)
• Hours: Sunday midnight - 6am Monday (6hrs), Monday to Thursday 10:10pm - 6:10am
• Position: Permanent Full Time

Responsibilities

• Operating heavy machinery equipment, maintaining a continuous flow of product
• Troubleshooting and monitoring the palletising automation and machinery
• Managing production lines, equipment calibration and monitoring
• Preparing and completing accurate records
• Cleaning and housekeeping
• Committed to quality assurance, and completion of quality checks as required

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of previous with automated machinery, palletising, and robot operation within a food manufacturing environment
• A mechanically minded individual with a high aptitude in automated equipment operation
• An understanding of HACCPand GMP with strong attention to detail, safety and reliability
• A flexible and energetic approach to ensure the job gets done right the first time whilst maintaining safe working techniques
