Job summary

WesTrac is hiring for a Tomago Warehouse role with multiple full-time permanent opportunities across day, afternoon and rotating shifts. You’ll be part of a team that values safety, teamwork and continuous improvement, with learn-and-grow development and stable career prospects.

Responsibilities include receiving, picking, packing and dispatching orders, stock control, and supporting daily operations while upholding quality and customer service standards. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience (desirable).
• Confidence using computer systems and a willingness to learn and grow your skills.
• A positive, team-focused approach, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships.
• Good organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a busy environment.
• A hands‑on approach and willingness to support a variety of general warehouse activities.
• A valid Driver's Licence, with Forklift (LF) and Order Picker (LO) licences highly regarded.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you'll play an important part in keeping our operations moving inlccluding:

• Support day-to-day warehouse operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and customer service.

• 1. Monday to Friday - Day Shift
  45-hour week
  05:30am-15:00pm
• 2. Monday to Friday - Afternoon Shift
  45-hour week
  14:30pm-12:00am
• 3. Lifestyle Roster - Work Half the Year
  Rotating days and nights (14/28)
  12-hour shifts
  Day: 05:30am-18:00pm
  Night: 17:30pm-06:00am
