Job summary

MNX Global Logistics, the clinical and advanced therapy subsidiary of UPS Healthcare, seeks a full-time Warehouse Operator in Horsley Park, NSW. You will oversee receiving, storing, and distributing of products within the warehouse.

You will ensure stock accuracy, conduct counts, maintain cleanliness, and operate equipment as required. Essential: full work rights, ability to lift up to 20kg, cold-chain environment exposure, and basic IT skills.

Qualifications

• Full work rights essential.
• Willing to work in cold chain environment.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to safely lift up to 20kg.
• Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment of approximately -4°C.
• Understanding of safe handling practices for dangerous goods.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods at the loading/receiving dock.
• Store received goods in the appropriate locations within the warehouse.
• Check loads for damaged or missing items upon receipt.
• Assist stock takes and other inventory initiatives.
• Move and rearrange stock, and use equipment as provided.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of products received and dispatched.
• Maintain cleanliness of the site and ensure goods do not get damaged.

The opportunity

We are looking for a full-time Warehouse Operator to join our team based in Horsley Park, NSW. This role is responsible for overseeing and participating in the receiving, organising, storing, and distributing of products within the warehouse.

You will:

• Receive goods at the loading/receiving dock
• Store received goods in the appropriate locations within the warehouse
• Check loads for damaged or missing items upon receipt
• Assist stock takes and other inventory initiatives
• Move and rearrange stock, and where necessary with appropriate equipment provided
• Maintain accurate inventory records of products received and dispatched
• Maintain cleanliness of the site and ensure that goods don’t get damaged

About You:

To be successful in the role you will have:

Essential

• Full work rights essential.
• Willing to work in cold chain environment
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to safely lift up to 20kg (typical weights between 2kg and 10kg).
• Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment of approximately -4°C.
• Understanding of safe handling practices for dangerous goods.

Desirable

• Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical, or cold-chain logistics environments.
• Experience working within regulated or quality-focused industries.
