Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Australia is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the transport logistics and distribution for our customers' products. You will manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensure safety, and drive efficiency across stock and equipment.

The role is a two-year max term contract, focusing on coaching and developing the team, conducting audits, and acting as the key point of contact for customers and escalations.

Qualifications

• Strong focus and commitment to safety and compliance.
• Proven skills and experience managing a team.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and management.
• Proven planning, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in a similar role is essential.
• Medium to High level skills with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the transport logistics and distribution of our customer’s products.
• Manage and oversee the safe day-to-day operation of the warehouse.
• This role is a 2 year max term contract.
• Develop and drive a safety and compliance culture.
• Develop and manage the overall operation ensuring maximum optimisation of warehouse, stock and equipment.
• Ensure cycle counts are completed and any concerns are actioned.
• Conduct regular audits.
• Key point of contact for Customers and Warehouse escalations.
• Develop, coach and support all members of your team.
