DHL Supply Chain in Western Melbourne is seeking experienced PM Operations Supervisors to lead warehouse teams and ensure safe, efficient daily operations. You will coach performance, manage stakeholders and collaborate with customers to hit targets.

The role offers a Monday to Friday roster with a 1:30pm start, across multiple DHL sites in Western Melbourne. Prior 3PL/warehouse leadership, strong WMS knowledge, and a passion for safety and continuous improvement are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams within a warehousing or logistics environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management principles.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ideally Manhattan.
• Proven leadership experience coaching, developing and motivating teams.
• Strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to automated warehouse environments is highly regarded.
• Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
